One treatment room, one client at a time. Every appointment is worked under real daylight whenever it is available. We match pigment to skin the way you will actually see it, not under the cool wash of LED panels. An overhead daylight balanced lamp takes over after sundown.

The bed, trolley and lamp sit on a single wipeable surface so nothing porous meets the work zone. Needles and blades are sterile, single use, and opened in front of you. Pigments are decanted into fresh rings for each appointment, then discarded. Barrier film covers every touchpoint (lamp handle, tablet, chair arms) and is replaced between clients. The room is deep cleaned after every booking, with a thirty minute buffer built into the schedule so it is never rushed.

The rest is intentionally quiet: warm off white walls, a linen chair for anyone who is with you, one small shelf of the tools we actually use. No retail display, no background music fighting for attention. The room is designed so you can lie still for two hours without feeling like you are in a clinic, and so the work is the only thing in focus.
