Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 April 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Browzhaus website and the services we provide from our studio at Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Browzhaus is a single-artist brow and lip studio operating in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE. You can contact us at hello@browzhaus.ae or +971 50 951 2603.
2. Services we offer
We provide consultation-first semi-permanent makeup and related brow and lip services, including (but not limited to) microblading, ombré brows, lip blush, brow lamination, tinting, and aftercare guidance. All services are performed by appointment only. Specific techniques and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
3. Eligibility
Services are available to clients aged 18 and over who are fit to undergo cosmetic treatment. You confirm that the information you provide before and during your appointment — including your medical history and any medications — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We may decline or postpone any treatment at our discretion if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you.
4. Appointments, deposits and cancellations
Appointments are reserved only once a non-refundable deposit has been received. The deposit secures your slot and is applied to the final price of your service on the day. Rescheduling, late arrival, and cancellation are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before booking.
5. Payment
The balance for your service is due on the day of your appointment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or at the studio. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT at the rate in force under UAE law.
6. Medical disclaimer and contraindications
Our services are cosmetic, not medical, treatments. We are not doctors and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or care. The information we share — whether in consultation, on our website, or in aftercare notes — is for general educational purposes only.
You must consult a qualified medical practitioner before booking, and we may refuse or postpone treatment, if any of the following apply to you:
- You are pregnant or nursing.
- You are taking blood thinners, Accutane/Roaccutane, or other medication that affects bleeding, healing, or the skin.
- You have diabetes, an auto-immune or bleeding disorder, or any condition that impairs healing.
- You have active skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, acne, cold sores, open wounds, or infections) in the treatment area.
- You have a history of keloid scarring or hypersensitivity to pigments, anaesthetics, or metals.
- You have had Botox, fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, or microneedling in the treatment area within the timeframes we provide before your appointment.
- You are undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or similar treatments.
Semi-permanent makeup involves breaking the skin and always carries some risk, including redness, swelling, uneven healing, colour change, allergic reaction, and, rarely, infection or scarring. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you understand these risks and that you have disclosed all relevant information about your health and skin.
7. Aftercare and results
Proper aftercare is essential to your result. We will provide written aftercare instructions at your appointment. Failure to follow them may affect how your skin heals and how the pigment settles, and may void any goodwill touch-up offered by us.
8. Photography and portfolio
We may take before, during, and after photos of the treatment area for our records. We will only use these images on our website, social media, or marketing materials if you give separate written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time for future use, subject to any posts already published.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Browzhaus website — including text, images, graphics, logos, photography, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to Browzhaus and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit it without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Browzhaus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the website or our services. Our total aggregate liability to you, however caused, will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that you are undergoing cosmetic treatment voluntarily, that you have been given the opportunity to ask questions, and that you accept the residual risks described in Section 6 and in your consent form.
12. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that booking. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under UAE law.
Before starting any formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
